Salpiglossis Sinuata
This native of chili, is an often neglected annual. It blends well in cottage gardens and with roses. Another reason to grow Salpiglossis is according to Linda Beutler, author of Garden to Vase: Growing and Using Your Own Cut Flowers
Nicandra physaloides
This photo is from two years ago. I grow Nicandra’s every year. They grow the size of a small bush and blooms for a long period. You can now get Nicandras in pink.
